Who We Are
Voice of the Children, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational and charitable organization that relies entirely on volunteers for its administration and fundraising efforts. Click here to view our exemption letter. 

Each year, the seventh grade class at the Milwaukee Jewish Day School researches, reports and votes on an appropriate charitable organization to receive distributions from our organization. 

We accept cash donations as well as certain consumer goods for online resale. Please visit our donations page to learn more about how you can contribute.

Our Mission

Guided by the Jewish values of tzedakah and tikkun olam, Voice of the Children encourages Milwaukee Jewish Day School middle school students to:

* develop their own sense of social 
  justice and philanthropy;
* promote awareness of child welfare issues 
  in the developing world and underprivileged 
  Jewish communities abroad; and
* raise money to support charities that protect 
  children in the developing world and develop 
  underprivileged Jewish communities abroad.
